Agilyx has always treated Privacy and Data Protection as paramount, since May 2018, this includes full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Trust in Agilyx from our clients is also paramount to us. Our clients can therefore have peace of mind that at Agilyx we always put protection of client data first. With this in mind, we help our customers comply with this European regulation, and we regularly review our services and partners’ products to ensure continued compliance with all Privacy and Data Protection legislation.

About GDPR

GDPR came into force on 25th May 2018. Since then it has become one of the most important changes in data privacy regulation in the last decades. The aim of GDPR was to modernise the laws that protect the personal information of individuals and adapt those regulations to current times. This regulation affects everyone. It has reshaped the way in which data is handled across every market sector.

Data Security

Agilyx maintains an appropriate level of security on all its systems, covering both our internal systems and systems hosted on behalf of our clients.Agilyx is ISO 27001 certified and has both technical and organisational security controls in place to prevent data leaks, loss or unauthorised processing.

Documentation & Security Audits

Agilyx maintains appropriate registers of all data held on our systems.We regularly audit our data security controls and take actions to correct any non-compliances identified.Agilyx is subject to regular external security audits required to maintain our ISO2 7001 certification.

Extended Rights of Individuals

Our clients and partners now have more control (and ownership) of their data.At Agilyx we also comply with the right to be forgotten under request.

Data Breach Notification

Agilyx assesses and reports any potential data breaches in accordance with the Data Breach guidelines and processes on the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) website.
